Ashley White (she/her) is a publicist with a passion for uncovering and telling the stories that shape artists and creators. With 25 years of experience, she’s built a career on trust, long-term relationships, and amplifying the authentic voices of her clients. Drawing from a lifetime immersed in music—growing up in New Orleans as the daughter of two musicians—Ashley understands both the beauty and vulnerability of artistic expression and authentic storytelling. At the heart of Ashley White Public Relations is fostering deep, meaningful connections between creators and their audiences by telling honest stories.
After earning degrees in English and Communications from Loyola University New Orleans, Ashley spent 15 years at Atlantic Records in New York City, boosting the careers of artists like Jason Mraz, fun., Vance Joy, Halestorm, and Portugal. The Man. In 2018, she founded Ashley White Public Relations, a boutique PR firm based in Austin, Texas. Through dedication and sheer persistence fueled by a passion for storytelling, she continued to work with longtime collaborators like Halestorm and Jason Mraz, while expanding her roster to include Neon Trees, Robert DeLong, Lady Blackbird, Daisy Grenade, and others.

Today Ashley White Public Relations extends beyond traditional music publicity, representing authors, creators, and tours like Disney Princess: The Concert. Her campaigns have earned GRAMMY Awards, and her clients have landed on influential lists like “Out 100,” the magazine’s compilation of the year’s most impactful LGBTQ+ people. And it’s not just her clients who are recognized for their contributions: as the inaugural Co-Chair of Women in Music’s Austin chapter, Austin Woman magazine named Ashley one of their 2024 “Changemakers.”
A proud 10-year resident of Austin, Ashley can be found in her spare time embarrassing her kids, singing karaoke, and snuggling her rescue dog Louis.

With almost 20 years of experience in entertainment PR, Sara (she/her) is an expert in PR strategy, marketing, and branding. She started her career in New York City with one of the biggest film and talent agencies in the world and has since managed PR and marketing in professional sports, non-profit arts, and book publishing. She’s worked on everything from A-list talent and professional athletes to world-renowned ballet dancers and more than 150 non-fiction books (including New York Times best-selling authors like Gary Sinise, Rachel Hollis, and Kerri Rawson).
Sara has garnered national coverage on outlets like “Today,” “Good Morning America,” “The Tamron Hall Show,” TIME, People, The New York Times, The Washington Post, “The Happy Hour with Jamie Ivey,” “The 700 Club,” “WHOA That’s Good with Sadie Robertson,” Fox News, Sports Illustrated, SiriusXM and many more. She’s also secured regional media (print, online and broadcast) across the country.
While her background is eclectic, it makes Sara’s vision for every project she works on unique and refreshing. Sara is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and do the grunt work, but really shines when she’s discovering creative new audiences to share client stories with the world.
Sara currently loves living in Nashville, but Cincinnati, Ohio will always be home.
rhylee lionberger
As a newly dedicated music and entertainment publicist, Rhylee’s (she/they) passion lies in amplifying the voices of artists and connecting them with their audiences. With a Master’s in Advertising from UT Austin and a background in sociology and business, she brings a deep understanding of the cultural and market dynamics that shape various industries.
Her experience spans from crafting digital campaigns that resonate with consumers to creating content that captures the essence of a brand’s sound and story. She’s driven by a love for music and a commitment to building authentic, impactful narratives that help artists thrive in an ever-evolving industry.
Rhylee is the proud mother of two dogs, Magnolia and Junebug, who constantly remind her that happiness is always just a few feet away. Her free time is spent hiking through the greenest parts of Austin, binging Curb Your Enthusiasm, and collecting vinyl.
