SEPTEMBER 25, 2024-- Today Nashville-based Big Loud Rock artist Liam St. John, known for his blues-inflected songwriting chops, announced the expansion of his team by signing with Group Projects, in partnership with Red Light, for management and WME for booking.
Cooper Anstett and Anthony Manker, both Partners at Group Projects, will personally oversee the management of Liam’s career. "For someone that expresses their raw talent through incredible vocals, musicianship and pure rock n' roll, Liam is someone who is equally as humble, kind-hearted and focused," said Manker.
WME veteran agent Carrie Creasey, known for her career of building artists on the road, said: “Liam has all of the qualities you look for in an artist. He has so much talent and the work ethic needed to take his music to the next level and beyond."
"Expressing myself freely, authentically and unfiltered through song and live performance is my life’s greatest gift,” said St. John. “It has saved me in more ways than I probably even realize, so to say that it is precious to me is an understatement. Equally as precious, though, are the people that walk in this journey with me. We’re not meant to do it alone. Finding the right management and agency representation is critical for me to do what I love, and I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve found the perfect team in Carrie at WME and Cooper, Anthony and Emma at Group Projects/Red Light. I couldn’t have dreamed up a better family to join, and as an artist who started at the very bottom, I’ve done my fair share of dreaming."
St. John’s recent EP, “Believer,” released this summer began turning heads within the industry with its authentic, raw lyrics and songwriting. Holler called the title track, “an evocative, rock-tinged anthem that oozes gravitas and encapsulates the spirit of the new EP, with the Tennessee singer-songwriter viscerally exploring his thorny relationship with faith through the atmospheric, weighty verses, before crediting his partner as the one who he feels truly devoted to in the euphoric hook.”
“I've been pursuing this career for a long time,” says St. John, “but…being candid and telling my story…That's what has resonated the most with my audience. I’ve found that the best way to connect with others is to tell the story only you can tell.”
